When will I receive my order?

The processing time of your order will vary depending on the product and current demand. Since our products have to be handmade from scratch from the moment the order is placed. Generally our manufacturing times are 3 to 5 days and the shipping times depend on the one you select in the checkout screen. As soon as we finish manufacturing, your order will be shipped ;)

Shipping times and manufacturing times are independent of each other. When your order is finished, it will be shipped with the shipment you have selected.

 

How can I track my order?

From the moment you place your order, you will receive an email every two days regarding the status of your order.

Once shipped we provide a tracking number for all orders shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can use this number on our website or on the carrier's website to check the status and location of your shipment.

 

Do you ship to the Balearic and Canary Islands?

Yes, we accept and ship to the Balearic and Canary Islands. If you are thinking of placing an order and you live in the Canary or Balearic Islands we can send it there without any problem 😊.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we accept international shipping and deliver to virtually anywhere in the world! We strive to get our products to customers around the world.

How long does it take for my international shipment to arrive? - Delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping services selected. Typically, international shipments can take from 7 to 21 business days from the time the order is shipped until it is delivered to your address. However, please note that lead times can be affected by external factors such as customs clearance and weather conditions.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries and regions of the world. There are not many geographical restrictions. However, we recommend checking availability on the checkout page before finalizing your purchase.

Yes, we ship all over Latin America!

 

What are the shipping rates?

For the Peninsula (Spain) and Balearic Islands;Orders under 22€; 4,76€ Shipping / Over 22€;Free Shipping.

For the Canary Islands; Orders under 22€; 5,83€ Shipping / Over 22€; 1,87€ Shipping.
