DIFFERENT SCENARIOS

I got confused, I wanted a different size or design(s). If you got confused with the size you selected or you want to change the design(s) you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible[here] so we can help you.

I did not want to have placed the order. If you ordered by mistake and no longer want it, you can return your order if you cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us[here] as soon as possible. Otherwise your order can no longer be cancelled and will be manufactured and shipped.

Product in bad condition or damaged? You can Replace or Return for Free, the order or items ordered by the customer, or agreed between TCustomPC and the customer in bad condition within a period of 14 days since you received the order.

 

Can I change the designs of my order once it has arrived? You made a gift and the other person was not convinced by the designs you chose, or it was for yourself, you were not convinced and you want to change them? You can exchange your paintings for other designs for only the shipping costs (6,28€) and within 14 days from the day you received the order.

 

Making a return is easy and free at TCustomPC:

*TCustomPC offers free returns to locations within the Spanish peninsula.

  • STEP 1: Contact our team [here] with the details of your return: The Items, the reason for the return, if it is a defect send us pictures about it.
  • STEP 2: We will provide you with the return point label.
  • STEP 3: Deliver your order to the return point. Subsequently, once we have received and reviewed the conditions of the order you will receive your refund.

 

Replacing your paintings with other designs is very easy at TCustomPC.

*If your location is outside the Spanish peninsula, replacement costs may be affected.

  • STEP 1: Contact our team [here] telling us the details about your Replacement: the designs you want to change and the new designs you want.
  • STEP 2: You will simply pay the shipping costs (6,28€) and we will provide you with the shipping label to return the paintings to us.
  • STEP 3: Deliver your order to the return point. Subsequently, once we have received the order, we will manufacture your new paintings and send them immediately.

 

Once TCustomPC has received the package, the Customer (in case of return) will receive a refund within 5 to 15 days. (In case of replacement) TCustomPC will remanufacture the agreed products and they will be sent back to the Customer.

 

My package has been parked due to incorrect address. If your package has an incorrect or incomplete address, the post office will keep your package for a period of 4 to 5 days waiting for the sender (TCustomPC) to change the address details so that the post office can try to deliver the package again.

This new address must be provided by the Customer who will be notified by TCustomPC several times before the deadline for the new address to be provided. If after the waiting period established by the post office to provide the new address, the post office will return the package to TCustomPC and/or you can pick it up at the central office where the package is located.

 

To send your package again the shipping cost is 4,10€ to 5,50€ (if the customer or recipient is located within the Spanish peninsula. In case of the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla the shipping cost may be higher) and you will receive the package in 2-3 days once shipped. If you opt for the return and refund of the money it may take from 30 to 90 days, as TCustomPC is not responsible for the package could not be delivered because of incorrect address by the customer.

But if on the contrary TCustomPC is responsible and is at fault for such incident by not changing the address provided by the customer within the period of time established by the post office, TCustomPC will assume all the costs to resend it, being free for the customer to send it back to his address. In the same way if fulfilling the same condition in which TCustomPC is responsible for such incident the customer wishes to return his order, such return may be delayed from 7 to 20 days.
